Tourism Sustainability Barcelona Biosphere

Barcelona, December 2021 - On 16 December, Barcelona City Council, Tourism Barcelona and the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce renewed our Barcelona Biosphere Tourism Sustainability certificate for the second consecutive year. The Commitment bases its methodology on the work around the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda and, in recent months, as a result of the pandemic, has incorporated new measures that refer to health safety, establishing protocols recognised by the Safe Travels seal of the World Travel & Tourism Council.

The art of doing it yourself
